The main social plaza is considered to be an anchor point for the project as it provides a multi-function outdoor space.
The plaza is surrounded by waterfalls and stepped seating creating an atmosphere that encourages social interaction
between the club’s members.
The Plaza overlooks the entire diplomatic district, which adds a great view to its already mesmerizing atmosphere.
The terraces of the main building overlook the entire district. They can be accessed from outdoor spaces and have a
direct access to the main restaurant in the first floor. This arrangement provides a semi-open area beneath the terrace
overlooking the swimming pool.
The Entrance’s Double Height Atrium, curtain wall façade, luxurious touch of the Marble flooring and the unique water feature
make it the perfect welcoming space for the building.
The contemporary design of the interiors makes it a perfect match for the exterior facades creating a seamless experience when moving between outdoor and indoor spaces.
The Social Club overlooks the service axis of the Diplomatic District with an area of 20 acres and it includes: Social building – Gym building – Children’s building – Playground building – handball and tennis courts – football fields.
The Social club is at the heart of the Diplomatic District and is located on the highest elevated point of the project.
Keeping up with the prevalent theme of the District, the architectural Design elements are inspired by ancient Egyptian architecture and present its essence in a modern way.
