EGYPT MOSQUE SOUQ | DOWN TOWN, NEW CAPITAL, EGYPT

RELIGIOUS  PROJECTS

Egypt Mosque Souq is a government project located in the New Administrative Capital, Egypt, surrounding Egypt Mosque and the Plaza. Consisting of two plot areas, east and west where Egypt Mosque centralize the project. The project provides accommodation, commercial restaurants, shops and workshops for cultural crafts and goods among other activities. Different types of buildings in the project are harmonized together. The project masses and courtyards are designed to achieve visual connection between the main circulation axis and the main gates of Egypt Mosque where each court carries the name of the corresponding gate.

HIGH RISE PROJECTS

Among the efforts of the Egyptian government to realize Egypt 2030 vision, the employer is developing many new integrated city including the New Alamein city in the north coast of Egypt, which is positioned as the summer capital of Egypt and planed to be a integrated city and a hub of tourism, education and industry. Whereas, it is the employer’s intention to invite tenders for the project location in plot of Alamein downtown area. 

UNITED NATIONS BUILDING| NEW CAPITAL, EGYPT

INTERIOR DESIGN PROJECTS

The Diplomatic District includes the headquarters of the United Nations, located at the main entrance to the diplomatic district.

The United Nations building is a unique addition to the diplomatic district. Its stone façade and carefully placed masses present a refreshing interpretation of ancient Egyptian Architecture. The entrance’s cascading stairs and arcades add value to both the internal and external spaces.

EL CIELO TOWER | NEW CAPITAL, EGYPT

A very unique land parcel located in the middle of the New Capital’s prominent Down Town district, while over looking the green avenue. an extravagant location picked for your own experience.

THE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL | NEW  ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, EGYPT

EDUCATIONAL PROJECTS

The International School is located north of the Diplomatic District, overlooking the service axis of the district, with an area of 10 acres. The introverted Design of the Diplomatic District school creates an internal open sky multifunctioning courtyard. A space where students can be free within the safe confines of the school.

SOKHNA PORT ANCILLARY BUILDINGS |AIN EL SOKHNA, EGYPT

PORTS PROJECTS

This project aims to create a unified visual image and an architectural identity for the entire port. This Identity could be something to adhere to in all future developments made. Mediterranean Architecture should be a prime factor in producing and inspiring this visual image as the port will welcome visitors from all around the globe. The buildings should be something that doesn’t impose on the site but rather coexists with it. This was considered in the design

NATIONAL PARK| NEW  ADMINISTRATIVE CAPITAL, EGYPT

LANDSCAPE PROJECTS

The National Park is designed to be the spiritual heart of the district. The design challenge was to achieve the balance between Old Egyptian architecture, Islamic architecture style ,and classic architecture style.
